As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced persons interested in fulfilling the role of Electrical Foreperson or Electrical Supervisor in Karratha, in the north west region of Western Australia.
The Electrical Foreperson / Supervisor is expected to lead the team in a highly-organised, customer-focussed and profitable style consistent with the policies and objectives of the company. The Electrical Foreperson / Supervisor is expected to demonstrate the value of visible leadership by being highly visible and active in the field.

The ideal Electrical Foreperson / Supervisor will: - hold a current WA electrical worker's licence;
- be self motivated, demonstrating sound leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively; and
- have a minimum three (3) year's experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the resource, mining and/or industrial sector.
The successful applicant will be able to work autonomously as well as collectively as a team to meet project goals, have an enthusiastic and proactive approach and take pride in the quality of their work.
