This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and experienced Senior Urban Designer to come and join a leading multidisciplinary development group. They are seeking an enthusiastic Urban Designer with 8+ years experience to help lead a design team with the opportunity for growth and development within the practice.
You will be responsible for leading your team in the development of designs and master planning for urban growth and infrastructure projects and will have a demonstrated history in award winning design based projects.
As the ideal candidate you will:
- Have 8+ years experience within urban design;
- Have a strong knowledge of legislation affecting planning, environment and development, and a developing appreciation of numerous design and planning schemes.
- Be well presented and have excellent communication skills
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with fellow staff in a close team environment;
- to have experience leading and mentoring a team
