This well reputed engineering consultancy provide full building services solutions for various projects including commercial, healthcare, education and residential buildings. Based in a central location with spacious modern offices this consultancy are a talented team of engineers with a client focused approach to engineering.
Employed as an ESD Consultant you will part of team providing the full range of reporting, modelling and analysis for building services. You will also be working on sustainable design of building projects. Experience in sustainable design solutions within buildings is desired along with Green Star accreditation.
In this role you will use your experience and technical ability to complete ESD analysis and design of building systems with a sustainable focus.
As the successful candidate you will have:
- A recognised Engineering, Sustainability or Architectural degree
- Between 4 - 10 years + experience working within a consulting environment
- Previous experience using Green Star, ABGR or BCA JV2 / JV3 compliance requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of local standards
- Understanding of sustainable design and environmental modelling
- Experience using IES VE software will be a distinct advantage
- Outstanding communication skills with good presentation
- Excellent time management and team work skills
