An immediately opportunity exists for an experiences structural drafter to join a reputable engineering consultancy based in Melbourne's CBD.
Reporting directly to the Chief Drafter, you will be responsible for using AutoCAD 2010 to complete the structural documentation on a range of medium sized commercial and institutional building structures.
Typical projects include:
- Low-rise apartment blocks
- Retail centres
- Hotels
- Government buildings
- Aged-care facilities
As the ideal applicant you will have:
- Circa 3 years + experience working as a structural drafter
- A sound knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience working to Australian Building Codes and Standards
- A familiarity with drafting RC and steel
- Immediate availability
This company is based in Melbourne's CBD and is easily accessible by public transport. Hourly rates and working hours are negotiable.
