They require a talented and ambitious Business and Design Manager to deliver a program of growth and manage the Melbourne office over the next several years. You will be responsible for winning and managing the delivery of Architectural Lighting Design projects. Your industry knowledge and experience will determine your approach to the market.
The consultancy has a small presence in Melbourne with a greater capability in Sydney. This will mean that while you will be joining a group with a broad ranging portfolio of completed projects and an excellent industry reputation you will have the chance to put your stamp on the development of the Melbourne business.
As the ideal candidate you will have an accomplished creative design background that is most likely to be in the fields of Lighting, Architecture or Interior Design but importantly you will have a drive and passion to build and grow a successful business. You will have established industry knowledge that will allow you to quickly identify and secure projects. The growth and success of the Melbourne team will be reliant on your ability to effectively market the aesthetic vision of the business. There will be opportunity and requirement for travel for work while the primary location is Melbourne.
