When we built ESO Equipment, we wanted to set up a place where ESO Users can advertise and sell equipment at a fraction of the value of the equipment item.  This means that the User has almost nothing to lose in posting the item for sale because the cost is simply so low.

So the costs are as follows:

 

Price Range       Cost

$0 to $999                         $10

$1,000 to $4,999              $25

$5,000 to $9,999              $75

$10,000 to $19,999         $100

$20,000 to $49,999         $150

$50,000 to $99,999         $250

$100,000 to $249,999    $350

$250,000 to $499,999    $500

$500,000 Plus                  $750

 

You will notice that depending on the price range of your equipment item, the cost of posting your equipment is typically less than 1% of the value.  The higher the value of your equipment the lower percentage you will pay - down to less than 0.15% for items in excess of $500,000.
