  • An integral part of the site is the ESO Suppliers area which features a unique ranking system.  This feature ranks suppliers on price, delivery, quality and service and tallies an overall average score together with comments.  In subscribing to the site the supplier agrees to be subject to ranking scores and comments, and to receive an overall average score based on the rankings of independent ESO users in each of the four categories.  ESO does not issue rankings or calculate overall scores for suppliers on its own account.  Instead, rankings and scores are based solely upon rankings received from users of the site.  ESO does not accept responsibility nor will be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from perceived poor rankings.  To the extent possible at law suppliers/subscribers release and discharge ESO from any claims they may have in conjunction with any rankings or comments posted on the site.
  • The service is provided as-is and ESO assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, loss, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communication or personalised information.
  • The user is responsible for obtaining access to the service including any third party fees such as internet service provider or airtime charges.  ESO accepts no responsibility for the user or supplier being unable to access the service at any time due to the actions of the user.
